On Friday, after work, I changed the oil and filter in my car, finally. It needed it so bad. I put 4 new quarts in, but only 1 and a half came out. I'm the only gay person man I know who can change my own oil. (Thanks Dad!)
After I did that, I really wanted to drive, to see if it ran smoother and if my oil light went out. It did. Yay! So, I went and picked up saved Shane from the horrors of public transportation.
I called my mom to hear her in tears, which is something I dread. She told me that the shit hit the fan with my sister and her boyfriend, and my sister and her son were staying at my dad's. She went on to tell me the whole story, which I'm not going to get into here. Needless to say, I was on the phone for a while... Then I called my Dad and talked to him and my sister. So, more phone time.
During the time I was talking to my sister, I missed a couple calls. It was getting to be that time on a Friday night when I should have plans. So, I called Kevin back and he said that he would drive to Chambers, but we'd have to leave soon if we wanted to get there before 10, at which point you have to pay a $10 cover. He said he'd be at my house in 15 minutes. I finished my cigarette and spun into a flurry of preparation. I knocked on Shane's door and told him he had 15 minutes to be waiting outside, ready to go. So, we did it, pretty much.
Kevin had forgotten his debit card, so we had to run back to his house, which set us back a couple minutes. We actually got there at 10:02, and had to pay. So, not only did I have to pay to get in, but I was there hella early with not much to do but drink.
And boy did I. Shane got a free shot for his birthday month (lol), and we all did a sex on the beach shot. I ran into tons of people I knew, which was kinda fun, because I was drunk and in the mood to be social.
At some point I ran into Nick, who gave me a big hug and put my phone number in his phone. I scolded him for deleting it in the first place, and then went off to talk to someone else.
To make a long story short, I puked out the window most of the way home. I got home and realized I didn't have my cell phone almost immediately after Kevin left. It was dead anyways, but I was worried that I didn't have it.
Woke up the next day, called Mark to see if he had Kevin's phone number, which I think may have pissed him off a little bit. Finally, I found out that it was in Shane's phone and called him. He said he'd bring my phone over in a little while. I didn't feel like doing a damn thing on Saturday. I woke up literally still drunk. Which is fine at first, but it's downhill through the rest of the day.
Kevin brought my phone over and hung out for a little while. I wasn't very good company though. I kinda just wanted to sit outside with my sunglasses on and drink water. It was a beautiful day, and I didn't feel like moving, or even really talking. lol.
