Boot Camp
Mac Hardware running Windows Operating System
Yesterday, Apple released a press release and also a download for Boot Camp. Boot Camp allows Mac hardware with an Intel processor to run the Windows operating system. Boot Camp is free, beta software, but requires the user to purchase and install Windows.
Windows and OSX don't run simultaneously, so one has to be completely shut down to start up using the other OS. Boot Camp uses a slider to decide how much of your disk drive should be partitioned for Windows and how much for OSX. It also can completely remove the Windows partition, which, honestly, I think will come in handy.

Bartender's Tricks
So, I got dragged out to Chambers last night. I had gone to Alibi on Thursday... I really didn't feel like going to Chambers, but Walt wanted to take Brandon there, cuz he's under 21, so can't really go many other places. Cengiz was also in town and wanted me to meet him there.
So, I left the house late. I went with Shane and we were gonna meet everyone there. Within the first couple minutes I was reminded why I hate that place. lol
We had left kind of late, so it was already pretty busy by the time I got there. My first drink was not even as strong as David usually makes them. I know bartenders make their drinks weaker throughout the night as their clients become more intoxicated, but this was my first one. It was red... Usually my vodka crans are pink, or even clear... :(
But anyways, after the show, which was full of songs from Wicked, I did have fun dancing. Shane drove me back to the house where Brandon and Walter met us.

EXCERPTS FROM THE CAT'S DAILY DIARY:
Day 283 Of My Captivity.
My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I am forced to eat dry cereal. The only thing
that keeps me going is the hope of escape, and the mild satisfaction I get from ruining the occasional piece of furniture.
Tomorrow I may eat another houseplant.
Today my attempt to kill my captors by weaving around their feet while they were walking almost succeeded; must try this at the top of the stairs. In an attempt to disgust and repulse these vile oppressors, I once again induced myself to vomit on their favorite chair; must try this on their bed.
Decapitated a mouse and brought them the headless body, in attempt to make them aware of what I am capable of, and to try to strike fear into their hearts.
They only cooed and condescended about what a good little cat I was. Hmmm,
not working according to plan.
There was some sort of gathering of their accomplices. I was placed in solitary throughout the event. However, I could hear the noise and smell the food. More
importantly I overheard that my confinement was due to MY power of "allergies." Must learn what this is and how to use it to my advantage. I am convinced the other captives are flunkies and maybe snitches.
The dog is routinely released and seems more than happy to return. He is obviously a half-wit. The bird on the other hand has got to be an informant, and speaks with them regularly.
I am certain he reports my every move. Due to his current placement in the metal room, his safety is assured. But I can wait, it is only a matter of time...
